What kind of opportunities will appear here?
Only real scopes with a named owner, defined terms and a clear reason for existing. That may include paid roles, paid project work, fellowships or other structured opportunities.
Will compensation be clear before I apply?
Yes. Compensation status and the expected exchange will be stated on every opportunity before an application can be submitted. There are no hidden terms.
Will this become a paid role?
There is no guaranteed conversion. Exceptional contributors may be considered for future paid projects or roles when available.
Will Capvise use my assignment?
Unsuccessful candidates' assignments will not be commercially used without separate written permission and agreed compensation.
Can I show the work publicly?
Approved work may be included in a portfolio after public release or with written permission. Ownership and credit rules are agreed up front.
Is this full-time?
Not by default. The expected time commitment, meeting rhythm and response expectations are defined for every opportunity.
Will I receive a recommendation?
A detailed recommendation is considered after meaningful completion and is based on actual contribution, strengths and observed working style.
