Clarity about what happens to your information.
This page explains the practical rules for information submitted through Capvise Careers.
What we collect
Information you choose to submit: contact details, location and timezone, links, resume, assignment files, answers, availability, declarations and messages about the application. We also record limited page and funnel events without exposing applicant identity in public analytics.
Why we collect it
To review your application, communicate about the role, arrange interviews, document decisions and—only where you opt in—contact you about relevant future opportunities.
Who can access it
Only authorised Capvise hiring team members and reviewers with a role-appropriate need to see it. Candidate documents are stored privately and are not published through predictable public URLs.
How long we keep it
Drafts are retained while you are actively using them. Submitted applications are retained only for the hiring and record-keeping period for that opportunity, then deleted or anonymised. Talent-network information is kept only while your consent is active.
Your choices
You may withdraw an application, request deletion from the private dashboard, or contact privacy@capvise.group ↗ to ask what we hold about you. Deleting an application also deletes uploaded documents from the careers database.
Assignment terms
An assignment is for evaluation. Rejected work is not commercially used without separate written permission and agreed compensation. Ownership remains with you unless separately agreed in writing.
